RETURN POLICY

Return Policy:

Damages to garments during shipping must be reported within 3  days of receiving merchandise, we will not accept damaged returns reported any later than this. You must submit proper photos of damaged area(s) to garment and brief description of the condition damaged garment was received to shopraesterling@gmail.com with “DAMAGED GARMENT” in the subject line.  

 

Returns/exchanges can be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

 

We DO NOT issue refunds.We will ONLY issue store credit on returns. The amount from any returns that meet our below qualifications will be issued as store credit in the form of a gift card sent to your email or put onto a gift card in-store. Shipping will not be refunded if there is an exchange or return, unless there is an item damaged or defective. The ONLY way to receive a FULL refund is if what you purchased was out of stock and not properly displayed as “Out of Stock” on our website prior to your order. 

 

E-Gift cards can ONLY be used on the website. Physical gift cards can ONLY be used in store.

 

Items bought or marked with sale/final sale cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. All sales are FINAL on all SALE or marked down items. For any questions, please contact shopraesterling@gmail.com with “RETURN INQUIRY” in the subject line. 

 

 If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the items returned to you. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse or damage. 

 

Gift cards, accessories, cosmetics, intimates, bras, camisoles, slips, tights, swimwear, socks and Final Sale/Clearance category items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. 

 

Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping cost.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We have fitting rooms in store for you to make sure you grab the correct size! We understand that sizing can run all different ways when online ordering. As long as we receive the item back in mint condition, we are happy to send you a different size if it is in stock. Please let us know within 4 days of receiving your order. Shipping charges do apply to online exchanges.
